SUP Yoga - 90 Minute session

Each class is dependent upon nature’s elements and makes for a fun, unique experience.

Once you arrive, check in to be outfitted with gear you will need for class. We begin with an on-land safety talk and warm-up exercises.

Class embarks the water and there is a short paddle to the anchor site. Once anchored, yoga begins. All practitioner levels welcome. Challenges are your choice to try. You can make a splash or stay chill on your board.

There will deep rest/meditation before the return paddle to land.

Class ratio:  Not more than 10 paddlers to 1 instructor.

Equipment provided:  SUP board, paddle, leash, anchor, and US Coast Guard approved life vest.

Never too old to play, but you must be at least 18 years of age to take this class.
